How much does it cost?+
The price depends on size, material, quantity and work. Requesting a quote is free – we send you the price and you only order if it suits you.
What file should I send?+
A photo, sketch, logo, any sample. For logos a vector file (SVG, AI, PDF) is best, but if you only have an image we’ll redraw it.
How long does it take?+
We send a quote within 1–2 working days; production usually takes 1–3 weeks after the proof is approved, depending on quantity. If you have a deadline, let us know.
Is there a minimum quantity?+
No – we’re happy to make a single one-off piece. Larger batches get a better unit price.
I’m a reseller – how does it work?+
Tell us about your shop and which products interest you. We’ll come back with wholesale terms or an own-brand production offer.
Can you engrave my own item?+
Often yes (wood, leather and other materials). Describe the item and, if you can, send a photo – we’ll tell you whether it’s possible.
