Right of withdrawal

1. Which products it applies to

It applies to NON-personalised products (e.g. stock items without engraving, name, text or a photo of your choice).

It does not apply to products made to your specifications or clearly personalised (OUG 34/2014, art. 16(c)), nor to a digital service already fully performed with your consent (art. 16(a) and (m)). This is indicated on the product page and before ordering.

2. How to withdraw

Before the 14 days expire, send us a clear statement by email to info@kelvins.ro or by post to Ciba 138, Miercurea Ciuc, jud. Harghita, România. You may use the model below, but it is not mandatory.

Return the product within 14 days of your notice to: Ciba 138, Miercurea Ciuc, jud. Harghita, România. You bear the direct cost of returning it.

We refund all amounts received, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we receive the product or proof that it has been sent.
