Do guests need an app? +
No. Most phones open the page on tap, and the QR code works with any phone. No sign-up either.
How does the stand know where to send guests on Google? +
Your Google Business Profile has an "Ask for reviews" link. Paste it into the dashboard once and you're done.
I need several tables. Does each get its own page? +
No. All stands point to the same business page and you manage them from one dashboard. You can name them to see where feedback came from. If you order more later, you only pay for the stands (no extra year), and they join the same page.
What happens after a year? +
The first year is included in the pack price. After that you pay one yearly fee per business – however many stands you have – with one click in the dashboard. Without renewal the stand keeps working but only shows the Google button: complaints no longer reach you and stats stop.
Can my staff get notified too? +
Yes, add up to 5 email addresses (e.g. your manager's). They receive the complaint without access to your account.
Do I need an app? +
No. Most phones open the page with a touch, and any phone with a camera opens it from the QR code.
How long does the page stay? +
5 years, included in the price, no subscription. Meanwhile you can edit it anytime and download all the content.
