How much work is this for us? +
About 15 minutes at the start: upload employees (pasted from Excel) and set what they get for each occasion. Then one click a month to approve – or nothing, if you choose automatic.
Does the gift have to be wooden? +
No. Pick from our range, ask for a logo or fully custom gift (e.g. wine and a book) – we talk, send a quote, and once accepted it runs automatically too. Or leave it to us: set the budget and we choose.
What about data protection? +
Only the name is required, plus – if you like – team, birthday and start date, and a home address if gifts go home. We never email the employee, and HR can mark anyone who doesn’t want gifts. We sign a data processing agreement.
Where do you deliver? +
As you prefer: once a month to the company address (one package per office, individually named boxes), personal pickup from us, or one by one straight to the employee’s home. Gift-wrapped on request.
How do we pay? +
One monthly invoice by bank transfer: gifts ordered the previous month, wrapping and shipping – and after the free period, yearly, the software fee.
How much does a gift cost? +
Whatever you set: you see each gift’s price in advance in the Program, including wrapping and shipping. With “Leave it to us” you pay exactly the budget you set.
Do I need an app? +
No. Most phones open the page with a touch, and any phone with a camera opens it from the QR code.
How long does the page stay? +
5 years, included in the price, no subscription. Meanwhile you can edit it anytime and download all the content.
Which language is the page in? +
The one you choose when filling it in: Romanian, Hungarian or English.
